"Where your pleasure is, there is your treasure; where your treasure is, there is your heart; where your heart is, there is your happiness."
Reflection;
Let your treasure be Christ.
Saint Augustine reminds us that our heart naturally follow what we love most. If our greatest pleasure is found in wealth, success, or worldly comforts, our hearts will become attached to things that cannot last. But when our greatest treasure is Jesus Christ, our hearts are filled with a joy that the world cannot take away.
True happiness is not found in possessing more, but in loving God more deeply and allowing His love to shape every part of our lives.
May we seek our greatest delight in Christ; for where He is, there our hearts will find lasting peace, abiding hope and eternal happiness.
